Emerge Leadership Group offers advanced training certifications through our Train-the-Trainer workshop. This certification provides employees with the ability to lead training opportunities in the future and provides certifications to new trainers.

Benefits of Train-the-Trainer Virtual Training
By the end of the certification workshop, facilitators will have the knowledge and ability to create an experience for the leadership workshop participants that allow them to transition to their expected role and thus maximize their impact to the organization as leaders.
What to Expect
Emerge Certified Facilitators will receive training and coaching in delivering and implementing the Emerge Leadership training, Facilitation Leader’s Guides, Workshop Materials, including all action planning guides and tools, and A video of the entire workshop to use as a reference.
Ongoing Coaching
Significant industry research shows that behavior change does not occur just in the workshop setting. It takes continuous reinforcement and accountability to ensure that the key behavioral change and development becomes a way of doing business. Ongoing coaching is critical to making this happen.
